135B—Applications made by agent
(1) Where it appears
to the Registrar that an application under this Act is made by an agent of a
person, the Registrar may require the agent to provide evidence to the
satisfaction of the Registrar that the agent is authorised by that person to
make the application on the person's behalf.
(2) If an agent fails
or refuses to comply with a requirement of the Registrar under
subsection (1), the Registrar may refuse to deal with the application.
