The Commissioner of Police—
(a)
must, upon the request of the Registrar; and
(b) may,
at any other time,
provide the Registrar with such information as may be relevant to the question
of whether a particular person is a fit and proper person to hold any licence,
permit or towtruck certificate under this Act, to hold a position on an
accident towing roster established under the accident towing roster scheme or
to be delegated powers or functions of the Registrar under this Act.
