An authorised officer who—
(a)
addresses offensive language to any person; or
(b)
without lawful authority or a reasonable belief as to lawful authority,
hinders or obstructs, or uses or threatens to use force in relation to, any
person,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
