The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette—
(a)
declare a specified area that is open to or used by the public to be a
road-related area;
(b)
declare that this Act, or specified provisions of this Act, do not apply to a
specified road or portion of road (either indefinitely or for a specified
period);
(c) vary
or revoke such a declaration.
