South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Registrar must
keep a register of all towtruck certificates and
temporary towtruck certificates granted under this Part and record in the
register all related conditions, suspensions, cancellations and
disqualifications.
(2) The register will
contain such other information as the Registrar thinks necessary for the
administration of this Part and be in a form fixed by the Registrar.
