(a) to
buy and sell petroleum;
(b) to
convey and deliver petroleum to a purchaser;
(c) to
complete outstanding obligations incurred before the commencement of this
section (including obligations relating to the construction, maintenance and
operation of pipelines);
(d) to
do anything incidental to the above.
