State
The limitation on the liability of a limited partner in an incorporated
limited partnership by or under this Act extends to any liability
incurred—
(a) in
connection with the conduct of the partnership's business outside the State;
or
(b) as a
result of an act or omission outside the State of—
(i)
a general partner or a limited partner in the
partnership; or
(ii)
any officer, employee, agent or representative of a
general partner in the partnership; or
(iii)
the partnership.
