South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts71A—Winding up of incorporated limited partnerships
(1) The regulations
may make provision for the winding up of incorporated limited partnerships,
including by applying, with or without modification, specified provisions of
the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
(2) The limit on the
penalties that may be fixed for offences against the regulations under this
Act does not apply in relation to any regulation that makes provision for the
winding up of incorporated limited partnerships.
