that a person is a member of SA Police, or holds a particular position or rank
in SA Police, is proof of that matter in the absence of evidence to the
contrary.
(2) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be signed by the Commissioner certifying that a
specified person was at a specified time a member of SA Police, or the holder
of a specified position or rank in SA Police, will be accepted as proof, in
the absence of proof to the contrary, of the matter so certified.
