22—Error or deficiency in order
(1) The
Surveyor-General may, at the request of or after consultation with the
relevant authority, at any time before confirmation of an order by the
Minister, if of the opinion that there is an error or deficiency in the order,
correct or supply the error or deficiency by amendment of the copies of the
order deposited with the Surveyor-General.
(2) Where the
Surveyor-General amends an order under subsection (1)—
(a) the
Surveyor-General must, as soon as practicable, give notice in writing of that
amendment to the relevant authority; and
(b) the
relevant authority must, as soon as practicable, give notice in writing of
that amendment—
(i)
to any person who was required to be given notice in
writing of the road process order under section 19(a) or (b); and
(ii)
where the council is not the relevant authority—to
the council.
