RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES ACT 1995 - SECT 20I

20I—Application of this Division

This Division applies to a retail shop lease other than one—

            (a)         to which Division 3 applies; or

            (b)         in relation to which a right or option to renew or extend the lease exists.
