RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES ACT 1995 - SECT 50

50—Part applies only to retail shopping centres

This Part applies only to retail shop leases of shops in retail shopping centres and (in respect of those leases) applies in addition to the other provisions of this Act.
