RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES ACT 1995 - SECT 75

75—Vexatious acts

A party to a retail shop lease must not, in connection with the exercise of a right or power under this Act or the lease, engage in conduct that is, in all the circumstances, vexatious.

Maximum penalty: $8 000.
