These are to command you the Commissioner of Police and all members of the
Police Force of South Australia to apprehend AB and to convey him to the
above-mentioned gaol, and to deliver him to the keeper thereof, together with
this warrant; and you the said keeper are hereby required to receive the said
AB into your custody in the said gaol, and him there safely to keep for the
term of

was guilty of prevarications in his evidence or refused to answer a certain
lawful question).
