64—Termination where successive breaches of agreement
(1) A resident may, by
notice of termination given to the park owner, terminate a
residential park tenancy agreement on the ground that the park owner—
(a) has
breached a term of the agreement; and
(b) had
committed breaches of the same term of the agreement on at least
2 previous occasions and been given separate notice under section 63
in respect of each of those breaches.
(2) The period of
notice given under this section must be at least 14 days.
