172—Removal of disqualification
(1) If an order has
been made disqualifying a person from holding or obtaining a driver's licence
until further order, that person may, on information duly laid before a court
of summary jurisdiction and served on the Commissioner of Police as defendant
to the proceedings, apply to that court for an order removing the
disqualification and the court may, if it thinks it expedient to do so, order
that the disqualification be removed as from any date which it thinks proper.
(2) An application
cannot be made under this section within three months after the making of the
original order of disqualification nor within three months after a previous
application relating to the same order of disqualification.
