RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1995 - SECT 111

111—Conditional and alternative orders

        (1)         The Tribunal may make orders on conditions the Tribunal considers appropriate.

        (2)         The Tribunal may make orders in the alternative so that a particular order takes effect, or does not take effect, according to whether stipulated conditions are complied with.
