86—Termination by tenant without specifying a ground of termination
(1) The tenant under a
residential tenancy agreement for a periodic tenancy may, by notice of
termination given to the landlord, terminate the tenancy without specifying a
ground of termination.
(2) The minimum period
of notice under this section is 21 days or a period equivalent to a single
period of the tenancy (whichever is longer).
