95—Repossession of premises
A person must not enter premises for the purpose of taking possession of the
premises before, or after, the end of a residential tenancy unless—
(a) the
tenant abandons, or voluntarily gives up possession of, the premises; or
(ab) the
person is authorised to take possession of the premises by force of a
notice to vacate issued in respect of the premises; or
(b) the
person is authorised to take possession of the premises under the order of a
court or the Tribunal.
Maximum penalty: $35 000.
Expiation fee: $2 000.
