South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts85—CE must assign community corrections officer
(1) The CE must, on
receiving a copy of an intensive correction order (and may after then from
time to time) assign the person to whom the order relates to a
community corrections officer.
(2) The CE must ensure
that the person is notified in writing of the name of the
community corrections officer to whom the person has been assigned and, if
necessary, of the place and time at which the person must first report to that
officer.
(3) It is the duty of
a community corrections officer to endeavour to ensure that any person
assigned to the officer complies with the conditions of the order.
