Except as otherwise provided by the rules, the practice of the Court in its
testamentary jurisdiction will be according to the practice of the Court in
its jurisdiction under section 5 of the Administration and Probate
Act 1919 and section 18 of the Supreme Court Act 1935
immediately before the commencement of this Act.
