The Board may, if it so determines, conduct its activities or any part of its
activities not under the name the South Australian Motor Sport Board but
under—
(a) the
name "Adelaide 500 Board"; or
(b) the
name "Sensational Adelaide 500 Board"; or
(c) any
other name prescribed by regulation.
