(1) The Court may, on
an application under section 22, make an interim control order if the
Court is satisfied that it is appropriate to do so in all of the
circumstances.
(a) may
be made without notice to the respondent; and
(b) may
include any prohibition that may be included in a control order.
(3) Section 22(6)
applies in relation to an interim control order as if it were a control order.
