If a member of a declared organisation is found to be liable, in any civil
proceedings, for damage or loss resulting from conduct engaged in by the
member for the benefit of the declared organisation or at the direction of, or
in association with, the declared organisation, the organisation and each
member of the organisation is jointly and severally liable for the damage or
loss.
