SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2011 - SECT 81

81—Duty to comply

A person who is the subject of an order, requirement or direction under this Division must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene or fail to comply with the order, requirement or direction.

Maximum penalty: $25 000.

Expiation fee: $750.
