SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PORTS (DISPOSAL OF MARITIME ASSETS) ACT 2000 - SECT 16

16—Repeal of the " "South Australian Ports Corporation Act 1994

        (1)         The Governor may, by the proclamation dissolving the Corporation or by a later proclamation, fix a date for the repeal of the South Australian Ports Corporation Act 1994 .

        (2)         On the date fixed under subsection (1), the South Australian Ports Corporation Act 1994 is repealed.
