SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PORTS (DISPOSAL OF MARITIME ASSETS) ACT 2000 - SECT 18

18—Enforcement of recreational access agreements

        (1)         The Supreme Court may, on application by an interested person, make orders for the enforcement of a recreational access agreement.

        (2)         The following are "interested persons":

            (a)         the council for the area in which the land to which the agreement relates is situated;

            (b)         an occupier of land to which the agreement relates;

            (c)         the South Australian Recreational Fishing Advisory Council Inc.;

            (d)         a person specified or a person of a class specified by regulation.
