SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PORTS (DISPOSAL OF MARITIME ASSETS) ACT 2000 - SECT 21

21—Membership of panel

        (1)         The members of the panel are to be appointed by the Minister.

        (2)         The membership of the panel is to be determined in accordance with the regulations.

        (3)         A member is, subject to the regulations, to be appointed for a term (at least 2 years) stated in the instrument of the member's appointment.

        (5)         A member of the panel may appoint an alternate member to act as a member of the panel when the member is unavailable to attend a meeting of the panel and, while so acting, the alternate member is to be regarded as a member of the panel.
