South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts9—Orders, agreements etc to be laid before Parliament
(1) The Minister must
have copies of a transfer order or a sale/lease agreement laid before both
Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after the order or agreement was
made.
(2) The Minister must
have a report on the probity of the processes leading up to the making of a
sale/lease agreement prepared by an independent person engaged for the purpose
and cause the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon as
practicable after the making of the sale/lease agreement.
