SUPREME COURT ACT 1935 - SECT 118

118—Legal process

        (1)         Any process of the court may be issued, served or executed on a Sunday as well as any other day.

        (2)         The validity of process is not affected by the fact that the person who issued it dies or ceases to hold office.
