127—Rules of Court
The judges may make rules of court in accordance with the provisions for
making rules of court contained in this Act for regulating—
(a) the
deposit, payment, delivery and transfer in, into, and out of court of money
and securities which belong to suitors or are otherwise capable of being
deposited in or paid or transferred into court or under the custody of the
court; and
(b) the
investment of and other dealings with money and securities in court; and
(c) the
disposal of the interest or other income from such investments; and
(d) the
execution of the orders of the court and the powers and duties of the
registrar with reference to such money and securities; and
(e) any
other matters incidental to or connected with the matters previously mentioned
in this section.
