13A—Retirement of judges and Associate Justices
(1) A judge or
Associate Justice shall retire on reaching the age of seventy years.
(2) Section 74 of the
Constitution Act 1934 shall be read subject to this section.
(3) A judge or
Associate Justice who retires or resigns may nevertheless complete the hearing
and determination of proceedings part-heard by him before his retirement or
resignation and, in relation to any such proceedings, shall be deemed to
continue as a judge or Associate Justice (as the case may require).
