The Court of Appeal has jurisdiction to hear and determine—
(a)
subject to this or any other Act, all appeals from a single judge sitting in
court as a judge; and
(b)
subject to this or any other Act, and to the rules of court—all appeals
from a single judge sitting in chambers; and
(c) all
rules and orders to show cause returnable before the Court of Appeal; and
(d) all
questions of law referred to or reserved for the consideration of, or directed
to be argued before the Court of Appeal; and
(e) all
causes and matters which are required by the rules of court, or by the express
provision of any other Act, to be heard or determined by the Court of Appeal.
