South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current ActsThe Acts mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are repealed to the extent
shown in that Schedule:
Provided that—
(a) the
repeal shall not affect any principle or rule of law, or any established
jurisdiction, notwithstanding that the same may have been affirmed by, or
derived from, any of the repealed enactments; and
(b) any
rule, order, or regulation made, and any commission issued, direction given,
or thing done, under any enactment repealed by this Act shall continue in
force so far as it could have been made, issued, given, or done under this
Act, and shall have effect as if it had been so made, issued, given, or done.
