36—Appointment of commissioners for taking affidavits
(1) Any two or more
judges of the court of whom the Chief Justice shall be one, may by commission
under the seal of the court from time to time empower such persons as they
think fit and necessary, whether within or outside the State, to take all such
affidavits as any person desires to make before any person so empowered in or
concerning any cause, matter or thing pending in the court.
(2) Every person so
appointed shall be a commissioner for taking oaths in all causes and matters
whatsoever in every jurisdiction of the court.
