11—Orders authorising use, communication or publication of certain
information or material
(1) For the purposes
of sections 9 and 10, a person may, in accordance with the rules of
court, apply to a judge for an order authorising the use, communication or
publication of information or material derived from the use of a
listening device or an optical surveillance device.
(2) An order under
this section may—
(a)
specify the information or material the subject of the order; and
(b)
specify the manner in which, and to whom, the specified information or
material may be used, communicated or published; and
(c)
contain—
(i)
conditions and limitations; and
(ii)
any other matter as the judge thinks fit.
