an investigating agency, the agency requires the authority to do any or all of
the following:
(a) to
use 1 or more types of surveillance device (including a tracking device);
(b) to
enter or interfere with any premises for the purposes of installing, using,
maintaining or retrieving 1 or more surveillance devices;
(c) to
interfere with any vehicle or thing for the purposes of installing, using,
maintaining or retrieving 1 or more surveillance devices.
