A State competitor whose name has been entered on a Register may apply to the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the Agency's decision and, for
that purpose, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal has the same jurisdiction as
it has in relation to competitors under the Commonwealth Act.
