SOUTH EASTERN WATER CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 21

21—Power of Board to delegate

        (1)         The Board may delegate any of its powers or functions (including a power delegated by the Minister) to a member or employee of the Board or a committee established under this Act.

        (2)         A delegation under this section—

            (a)         must be by instrument in writing; and

            (b)         may be absolute or conditional; and

            (c)         is revocable by the Board at will; and

            (d)         does not derogate from the power of the Board to act in any matter.
