27—Council to keep a separate fund
(1) The Council must
continue to maintain a separate fund into which all money received by the
Council under this Act must be paid.
(2) The money in the
fund is to be expended by the Council only for the purposes of this Act.
(3) The Council must
furnish the Minister with such estimates, reports, accounts and any other
information as the Minister may from time to time request.
(4) The Council
must—
(a) keep
proper accounts of its income and expenditure under this Act; and
(b) the
Auditor-General may, at the request of the Minister, audit the accounts kept
by the Council pursuant to this section.
