32—Terms and conditions of office
(1) A member of an
advisory committee established under this Part will be appointed for such
term, not exceeding four years, as is determined by the Minister and specified
in the instrument of appointment.
(2) The Minister may
remove a member of an advisory committee from office—
(a) for
misconduct; or
(b) for
neglect of duty; or
(c) for
incompetence; or
(d) for
mental or physical incapacity to carry out satisfactorily the duties of
office.
(3) The office of a
member of an advisory committee becomes vacant if the member—
(a)
dies; or
(b)
completes a term of office; or
(c)
resigns by notice in writing addressed to the Minister; or
(d) is
removed from office by the Minister under subsection (2).
(4) A member of an
advisory committee is entitled to such allowances and expenses as the Governor
may determine.
