SOUTH EASTERN WATER CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 42

42—Certain bridges and culverts not to be constructed without a licence

A person must not erect a bridge or construct a culvert over, through or along any Board or Council water management works or a drainage reserve except in pursuance of a licence granted by the relevant authority.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.
