SOUTH EASTERN WATER CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 45

45—Water not to be taken from Board or Council water management works

A person must not, without the permission of the Minister, take water from any Board or Council water management works.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.
