South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Suicide
Prevention Council must, on or before 31 October in each year, report to
the Minister on the performance of its functions during the preceding
financial year.
(2) Without limiting
the matters that may be included in a report, the report specified in
subsection (1) must include data in relation to deaths by suicide during
the preceding financial year.
(3) The Minister must,
within 6 sitting days after receiving a report under subsection (1),
have copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
