(1) The Suicide
Prevention Council must cause a review of the State Suicide Prevention Plan to
be undertaken at least once in each 4 year period, and a report on the
review to be prepared and submitted to the Minister.
(2) The Minister must,
within 6 sitting days after receiving a report submitted under this
section, have copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of
Parliament.
