South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts32—Right of unit holders etc to satisfy themselves as to insurance
(1) A strata
corporation must, within 5 business days after the making of a request by
a unit holder, a mortgagee of a unit or a prospective purchaser or mortgagee
of a unit, produce for inspection all current policies of insurance taken out
by the corporation.
(2) A request under
subsection (1) may be addressed to the secretary.
