STRATA TITLES ACT 1988 - SECT 41AA

41AA—Persons who may apply for relief

The following persons may apply for relief under this Part:

            (a)         a strata corporation;

            (b)         the owner or occupier of a unit;

            (c)         a person who has contracted to purchase a unit;

            (d)         any other person bound by the articles of a strata corporation except for persons invited to or visiting the site.
