(3) It is lawful for a
shopkeeper at any time to sell or deliver spare parts for agricultural
machinery and to keep the shop open for so long as is necessary to effect that
sale or delivery.
(4) It is lawful for a
shopkeeper at any time to sell by auction (and deliver) fine art on commission
and to keep the shop open for so long as is necessary to effect the sale and
delivery.
