South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) An offence against
this Act is a summary offence.
(2) In any proceedings
for an offence against this Act, an allegation in the complaint that—
(a) a
specified shop is within a specified shopping district; or
(b) a
specified shop has a floor area of a specified size,
will be accepted as proof in the absence of proof to the contrary.
