SECOND-HAND VEHICLE DEALERS ACT 1995 - SECT 42

42—Name in which dealer may carry on business

A licensed dealer must not carry on business as a dealer except in the name in which the dealer is licensed.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
